  • The Faith and Life Centre provides opportunities for friendships, education, spiritual counseling, and personal growth.
  • Every student’s health and well-being is a priority at Brock. We employ 14 doctors and 8 nurses to manage students’ medical and health needs. Services include annual health exams (physicals), allergy injections and referrals to specialists.
  • Student Life & Community Experience (SLCE) provides opportunities for all members of the Brock community to be active and engaged at Brock and within its surrounding communities. SLCE offer programs and services that support service-learning, civic engagement, volunteerism, and leadership development.

ACCOMMODATION

  • International students have three accommodation options to choose from at Brock University.
  • ON-CAMPUS RESIDENCE – Two Styles of Residence
  • Traditional style residences have single and double rooms grouped into communities of ‘houses’ or ‘halls’, and students eat their meals in a dining hall.
  • Townhouse style of residence offers the convenience of living on-campus with a more independent lifestyle. Students have the option of cooking their own meals, or purchasing an optional meal plan.
  • OFF CAMPUS LIVING – Brock University’s Off-Campus Living office offers year-round housing information to students, landlords, and residents in the Niagara region. The office provides resources regarding a variety of off-campus housing topics, such as finding accommodations, landlord/tenant issues, neighbourhood relations, community outreach, and much more.   • HOMESTAY PROGRAM – Our Homestay Program provides students with the opportunity to live with a Canadian family while studying at Brock. This is a great opportunity to practice your English, as well as learn about Canadian culture!   • Co-op education offers undergraduate students an opportunity to combine academics with valuable work experience.
  • The Faculty of Business at Brock has one of the most extensive co-op offerings in Ontario. The Accounting Co-op program, one of the first in the province, has been in existence for over 20 years.
  • Brock’s Co-op programs consistently offer 100% placement – representing the highest placement rate of all Ontario Universities.
  • At the graduate level, degrees are offered in several arts and sciences disciplines.
  • In addition, Concordia Lutheran Theological Seminary (an institution of the Lutheran Church – Canada) is affiliated with the university and offers a four-year Master of Divinity.
  • Its location in the Niagara Peninsula puts Brock at the centre of cool-climate grape and wine research. It carries the distinction of being the only university in Canada to offer an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Oenology and Viticulture – see the Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute.
  • The very honorable Bachelor of Accountancy Co-op is known as one of the best accounting related programs in the nation of Canada. Recently having its acceptance averages raised to mid 80s – 90s.
